Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version and what happened. Please don't send passwords or payment details. You can also send feedback in the app: Settings > Send feedback.
Delete your account
- Open Terry and go to Settings > My Account.
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm. Terry asks you to sign in again first: with Apple, with Google, or with your password if you signed up with email.
This deletes your profile, username, notes, photos and friends data, and your sign-in account. It cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel Terry+. To remove the data Terry keeps on your iPhone, delete the app too. Our Privacy Policy lists the few things kept after deletion.
Can't sign in? Email dynomite.app@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
Cancel Terry+
Apple manages all Terry+ subscriptions.
- Open iPhone Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then Terry.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your current period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. For refunds, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides refunds; we can't issue them.
Restore Terry+
On a new iPhone, sign in with the same Apple ID, then go to Settings > Restore purchases in Terry.
Report or block someone
- On a friend: open their profile, then tap Report or Block.
- On a friend request: open the request's menu, then tap Report… or Block.
Reporting someone also blocks them. We review every report within 24 hours and remove content and accounts that break our Terms of Use. You can also report by email at dynomite.app@gmail.com. If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Export your data
Settings > Privacy > Data & privacy > Export your data.
